Golden Rock Construction delivered this design-build project of a 10,400 square feet, 2 story brick office at the site of a former carpet store.
The new American Broadband building includes a two story foyer and a large main conference room. The new cooperate headquarters has transformed the neighborhood and provides a pleasing presentation to visiting clients.
The completed project included design of a 65-car parking lot, stormwater retention facilities, and meets all handicapped accessibility requirements.

Custom Built Home, Private Residence
This private client required unique design - build services to accommodate comfortable family living space while integrating home-office facilities. Golden Rock Construction provided the complete design-build solution resulting in a uniquely personalized home.
Mountain Spring Medical Offices
Design and construction of a 4,100 square feet medical office with six patient exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a lab, conference room, kitchen, three doctor offices, mechanical room and restroom. The completed project provides an attractive, functional facility that is fully accessible for patients and staff.
